RETURNS

It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. To achieve this we must provide you with product which is in top condition and is what you expect from our description.

All items are inspected for obvious faults/damage before dispatch. If you should find fault with the product you should advise us by e-mail immediately and we will advise you of the quickest remedy and if damage has occurred in the freight to you we will need you to advise us.

No product will be accepted without a return approval number which can be e-mailed to you, and this number should be displayed on the outside of the returned package.

All returns shall be packaged in original packaging and will be unused. A restocking fee of 10% will apply to any returns where no fault exists with the supply by Duds Easy Farming Aids. No freight costs will be reimbursed unless the supply is our fault.

Any refund will be made to the original credit card to which the order was charged or by cheque to the customer. 

SECURITY AND PAYMENTS

In the early days of the Internet there were fears of sending credit card details over the net. Due to the advance in computer technology these fears have now passed, ensuring that credit cards are now a secure method of paying for goods you have placed in your shopping cart.

We do always have to be careful with financial matters, but one of the latest technology methods has been used on this site where your credit card details are encrypted using 128 bit SSL - Secure Socket Layers. Essentially this means your credit card details are unreadable as they pass from your computer to our processors. We then decrypt your message at our end.

For those of you who do not have a credit card or prefer other payment methods, we have given you a postal/fax ordering method. When we receive your request we will email or fax you our bank details with an Invoice so you can arrange the relevant deposit.

SHIPPING

Here are some rules regarding shipping and dispatch of all orders. All orders will be processed within 24 hours of payment being verified and cleared through our bank.. If an item is out of stock we will contact you and arrange to credit your credit card or supply at a later time if this is suitable to you.

In most instances delivery will be made by New Zealand Courier Post and they will require a signature for receipt of the parcel.

Any apparent damage upon delivery should be noted to the delivery driver.

All delivery costs will be added to the cost of goods and deliveries will be made ex Christchurch during any week days Monday to Friday.

The cost of shipping will automatically be calculated and added to your purchase in the shopping cart. 

PRIVACY

We respect your privacy and although we may gather information about you in the normal course of our trading we will not supply this information to any third parties.

The only exceptions to the above will be when it is deemed necessary to supply the information to a third party who is acting as an agent for Duds Easy Farming Aids and the information given is considered a requirement for them to carry out their service, i.e. Couriers, banks etc.

The only other time information will be supplied is if we are requested to provide the information for any government based agency.

Be assured that your details will be kept secure and no other party will harass you for business as a result of obtaining your details directly from us.
